However, QuitKick systems are imported from the U.K., and international delays occasionally impact our ability to fulfill orders on a timely basis. Please be patient. If you have a horse for whom a veterinarian has ordered stall rest, please contact us for information on receiving a loaner unit while you await the arrival of your purchased unit.
If you suspect your QuitKick system is not operating properly, please call. Replacement parts are available for purchase in our online store and come with clear installation instructions. If you prefer to send your unit to us for repair, please package it carefully and ship it insured for the replacement value of the system to:

Be sure to include system sensors, chargers, batteries, etc., so we can properly assess the system's functioning.
Repairs are billed in 15 minute increments,at a rate of $60/hour, plus the cost of parts or materials.
A word about maintaining your system:
It is important to keep the QuitKick battery charged and maintain water levels (with anti-freeze in cold areas/seasons) so that the system remains functional. Allowing the system battery to run down completely will render it unable to hold a charge. Check the system charge regularly, even when the unit is turned off and out of use.
